How does the free trial work?
After creating your account, you can try LexGraph's AI research for ten days with a total of 25 research requests. Research in the LexGraph portal (Engine) and the MCP connection to AI assistants share this quota. No payment details are required. The trial ends automatically after ten days or once all 25 requests have been used. No cancellation is needed; a paid subscription only starts if you explicitly sign up for one.
What counts as a research request towards my quota?
An answered research request in the Engine or a successful MCP search call counts as one research request. Engine and MCP use the same quota for your account. Internal database queries within a research request are not counted separately. If your AI assistant makes several MCP search calls, each successful call counts individually. Checking your quota does not consume a research request.
What can I use for free on LexGraph?
Manual search in the publicly accessible legal database is free. You can search and read statutes, court decisions and the available commentaries, and follow their connections. This search remains free after your trial ends. After registering, you can also try AI research in the Engine and via MCP for ten days with a total of 25 research requests.

Do I need special software?
No. LexGraph runs entirely in the browser. You only need a stable internet connection and a modern web browser. No installations or updates are required. For larger customers, we also offer API interfaces and full integration into their ERP system.
How can I connect to the database through MCP?
Signed-in users can set up MCP directly in their profile. A compatible assistant can then use LexGraph for legal research, graph relationships, and the full text of individual court decisions.
